Explore your preferred methods of communication and gain insights into the pet peeves and preferences of others so you can enhance interactions, reduce miscommunication and preserve your self-esteem.   Recognize what you can do to strengthen rapport, boost listening skills and clearly get your message across in a mutually beneficial way.

Learn to apply the True Colors® concepts to CONFLICT

Driving Results through Productive Disagreement 

The ability to manage conflict well is not a skill that comes naturally to many people. Fortunately, all individuals can develop an understanding of what drives conflict, acquire skills, and learn strategies to leverage conflict for the benefit of the organization. This training is designed to provide you with the tools you need to diminish destructive conflict and be an active participant in productive conflict within your organization. Learn to create a comfort level in managing conflict among participants by equipping them with knowledge and tools necessary to engage in productive conflict and minimize unnecessary or destructive conflict.

You’ll Learn to:

• Understand why nonproductive conflict occurs and how it escalates
• Understand productive conflict and its role in driving results
• Gain insight into how a person’s True Colors profile impacts his/her role in conflict, including how a person’s preferred style may support or impede productive conflict and contribute to destructive conflict
• Identify coping strategies to strengthen the participant’s ability to engage in productive conflict, while developing an understanding of how an individual’s True Colors profile impacts comfort level with various strategies
• Combine knowledge of conflict situations and True Colors to strengthen relationships and promote dialogue among individuals who are engaged in conflict

She has also provided support and guidance to TCI with their Strategic Business Plan.

The Personal Success Certification is $1,595* – and you can save up to $250 on the regular price of Additional Applications (AA) when you register in combination with the Personal Success Seminar.  (Save $100 for the first AA and $50 per certification for each added thereafter.)

Additional Application Certifications are $795 – Save $600 when you register for all four Additional Applications. Please note that you must have certification in the foundational True Colors (Personal Success) Seminar in order to enroll in an Additional Application certification.
