How you handle stress depends upon a lot
of things; workload, time constraints,
the people you interact with, the system
you must function in… and there is
something more— your personality. We all
have a blend of characteristics that
make up our own unique personalities.
These
characteristics
have an effect on the different ways we
react to and diffuse stress.
Data has been
collected by countless researchers over
the last 30 years regarding stress and
personality and we have recognized that
the same results and patterns continue
to emerge in articles and trainings. The
objective of this survey is to further
investigate and validate the distinctive
patterns associated with the way
different personality styles react to
and diffuse stress in today’s fast-paced
world and distinguish the nuances
between the styles.
Being able to
recognize your personality style and
associated patterns with your
natural preferences and tendencies
increases awareness for habits that can
be preventing fulfillment in life and
relationships.
When put into action
these insights provide avenues for
successful stress management.
We appreciate
